I would like to thanks all of the unicorns in Twenty3. 

Even though I never work with some unicorns before, but I knew that they possess the same personality that I admire and wish to learn from them. 

Because of knowing all of them, I am daring to shop in Twenty3 next time. 

Last time I was afraid to walk-in because I knew I will buy nothing from Twenty3

and don't want to trouble people working at there. 

But now I wish to walk in and catch up with all the unicorns!

#Huey Nie (long hair jiejie) 🙆

Huey Nie is the first person I met in Publika outlet.
She take good care of me everytime.
She taught me what to do and how to do.
I am not really a details person.
She taught me not to simply neglect some miniatures details.
She is the one who encouraged me to write more and achieve my dream.
She keeps pushing and guiding me to become a successful fashion editorial.

#Sonia 姐 (The Head of Publika Outlet) 💁

Sonia is my supervisor.
When you get to know more her day by day,
you will realized she is a heart-warming and friendly person.
I learned lot of good personality from her. (做人的原则)
I admitted I rather staying in a group than staying alone.
I need to have people accompany in my life.
I am not independent enough to stand alone.
But she is an independent girl, she prefer do everything by her own without troubling other people.
She taught me not to take things for granted.
She asked me not to forget certain goods that given by others.
I have to make a good return for them in one day.

#Sin Yee (The Head of Bangsar Outlet) 🙋

I am so lucky to work in Bangsar outlet when Publika is undergoing renovation.
Sin Yee- a funny, friendly, and nice person I ever met.
There are totally no pressure and only have fun created when working with her.
She is an understanding and caring person. 🙈💖
She asked me not to eat food that have already kept for a long period.
She wanted me to eat food instantly and freshly.
She treat everyone equally. 🙆
Even herself as a supervisor of the stores, she still helping the interns to iron clothes.
Awwww, words cannot express how thankful I am to her.

#Sofea (The Funniest Malay Intern) 😈😆

She is the one who teach me all the things that related with any cashier payment methods.🙈
I still remember the first day I met her, she often provide help for me
 since I am still not familiar with all the stuffs I need to commit.
I will never forget what is the movie she love to watch, what is the song she love to listen.😋🙆

#The Powerful Unicorns Reunion 💃😍

People still wondering who is the unicorns that always sacrifice their time and energy standing at the front line to serve all of you?
Here are they! (Lynndi, SinYee, Sonia, Karen, Mayxuen and Mandy) 👯
They are the one who serve all the customers permanently without any hesitations.
They work as a team to overcome many challenges they've faced. 👊🙆
I can feel that they really enjoy working in Twenty3.
This is because all the unicorns in Twenty3 are really nice and flexible. 👍💗
They really tried their best and work their best to make sure Twenty3 is in a good business condition.
They've put lot passion to manage their own stores, treat their stores as part of their "baby". 👶
I am so proud of them.

 Lessons learned/Appreciation Posts are what I planned to write after I finished my internship. 

I gained so much of valuable experiences throughout my three months in TWENTY3. 

Experiences as in:-

#1 Teamwork

Teamwork : Together we can achieve more!
I always believe this since my secondary school life.
You cannot work alone to complete a big mission.
You need more than one brains, more than one hands to achieve your tasks.
When teamwork is built, things are easier to complete and achieve.
The process is even more fun and happier.
End of the month, we have to do stock counting.
We have to make sure all stocks are counted in a right quantity, tally with our inventory systems.
Can you imagine how much is the workloads when we need to scan all the clothes in our outlet. 🙊
If you have follow their Instagram, Publika outlet was just renovated.
As a team member of Publika, we have to stay back late to clean all the stuffs before renovation.
After renovation, we have to take out all the clothes and iron again.
OMG! I was always hope that day will never come. But it was impossible. 🙅
要来的始终会来, 要做的始终还是要做.
Luckily I have a bunch of helpful colleagues.
With more people, nothing is impossible.
Together, we can make things done efficiently and easily.

#2 Communicate with Customers

A good communication is able to avoid misunderstanding, retain/attract more customers,solve problems and to persuade the customers. 

Yes, we sure have "TALKING" interactions with humans everyday.
We have to call customers and ask them to collect their clothes.
We need to provide opinions on their outfits.
We have to explains to customers what is the current systems and sales.
We need to have a good communication skills to handle their problems and fulfill their requests.
Apparently I am not a good communicator after I've went through internship in TWENTY3. 🙊
I will garyao to improve and strengthen it. 🙈

 #3 knowing the fashion markets & fashion icons in Malaysia

As you working with TWENTY3, you will know who is their loyal customers.
You can clearly figure it out their demographic and psycho-graphic.
Different outlets seem to target a slightly different markets.
Like outlet in Sunway Pyramid, they wanted to attract more college students.
Publika outlet is crowded with high-end people.
But mostly, people who love TWENTY3 are working adults because they are afford to buy. 😀
And most of their designs are suitable for maturity/lady like women.
Different designs are created based on the current trend.
Such as ruffles, drop/off shoulders, trumpet sleeves, stripes vibes, laces, denim...
The designers of TWENTY3 try to designs something unique and recognizable outfits for us.

#4 details on how to make your own label and business 

I am part of the business department team and the UNICORN in Publika outlet.
So I roughly learn some skills/systems to handle a business.
And also learn the proper and ethical methods to handle a business.
Of course, open up your own business is tough at the beginning stage.
You must hold the spirit of not giving up easily, trying your best to make customers satisfied your service and expand/enhance your label internationally.
A good quality of designs can attract more markets and revenues.
Their good and positive comments can show their supportive reaction and motive us to provide best product/service for our customers.
Customers are always ours priority.
Without them, we will not strive hard to achieve any impossible missions!
Creating your own brand is not easy, but if you insist to chase after your dream, yes, it will come true!


#5 writing skills

As TWENTY3 encourages all the interns to provide their creative idea/plan.
So I volunteered myself to write articles for TWENTY3.
I really like to write and share my fashion preferences to people.
I love to explain the reasons on why I love some particular clothes.
What is their uniqueness? I love to express and share it out.
My editor quite satisfied with my masterpiece, and hoping to see more in future.
Before an article is published, it has to go through a lot of checking process.
You have to keep editing and make sure there are no errors.
So I will read more to improve my writing skills, and share a lot of good thoughts with you guys in future! 💙
